Brackmills Industrial Estate Executive Board

The Executive board is the board of directors of Brackmills Industrial Estate Ltd.

The key responsibility of the Brackmills Industrial Estate Executive Board is to safeguard the interests of levy payers by ensuring that the business is operated professionally and offers consistent value for money in line with its targets.

The Brackmills Industrial Estate Ltd (Northampton) Executive board meets monthly or as and when required. The Executive Board is Chaired by Sara Homer of Image Fitness Club.

There are 6 sub groups that meet every 6-8 weeks to discuss a wide range of topics and to share best practice. The ideas and discussions from these groups help to formulate the project plans for the Business Improvement District (BID).

The 6 sub groups are:

• Brackmills Communications Group
• Brackmills Green Spaces Group
• Brackmills Environment, Health and Safety Group
• Brackmills Procurement and Effectiveness Group
• Brackmills Safe and Secure Group
• Brackmills Transport Group
