As part of this activity, the BID is working with Electric Places, (a Community Interest Company (CIC) with a mission to reduce CO2 emissions and reinvest surpluses for community benefit across Northamptonshire) to deliver a series of workshops for BID businesses:

Part 1: From Ideas to Action – Building Your Sustainability Plan

Turn sustainability goals into action with this practical session on carbon reduction planning. Develop a tailored high-level carbon reduction action plan using structured templates, identify quick wins to cut emissions and costs, and create a clear and achievable sustainability roadmap.

Part 2: R&D and Capital Grants

Find out how to access funding for your sustainability initiatives. This workshop provides clear guidance on available grants and explores financing options for decarbonisation projects, covering eligibility, the application process, and how to maximise funding opportunities.
